1. Coverage Duration

All Neon Deck products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers products used under typical indoor conditions (dry, climate-controlled environments with proper electrical connections).

2. What’s Covered

This warranty applies to the following manufacturing-related issues:
- LED tubing failure
- Faulty power adapters or dimmers
- Malfunctioning switches or remote-control receivers
- Improper wiring or poor connections at the time of delivery

3. What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:
- Damage from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification
- Any outdoor use of signs not explicitly built and rated for outdoor installation
- Water damage (unless the sign is explicitly outdoor-rated in the order)
- Damage due to improper installation, power surges, or voltage mismatch
- Physical breakage from drops, impact, or tampering
- Normal wear and tear after prolonged use

4. How to Claim the Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, email us at info@neondeck.ca within the 1-year coverage period. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A description of the problem

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase to validate warranty coverage.

Claims must be initiated within 12 months from the date of delivery.

Depending on the issue, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement part (e.g., adapter, dimmer)
- Repair instructions or remote assistance
- A replacement sign (in eligible cases)

5. Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Neon Deck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective components as outlined in this policy.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage or failures caused by environmental factors, power misuse, or customer-modified wiring. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation using the instructions provided. Improper installation voids the warranty.
