2. Products and Custom Orders

Neon Deck specializes in custom-made LED neon signage. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Each item is handcrafted to your specifications
- Colors and dimensions may vary slightly from digital mockups
- Once production begins, orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable
- Final design approval is required before production starts
- You will receive a digital mockup for approval before we begin production. We will not proceed without your confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable sales taxes.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- PayPal
- Shopify Secure Checkout
- Interac e-Transfer (upon request)

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees not included at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Third-party shipping carriers
- Customs or import processes (for international orders)
- Acts of nature or unforeseen disruptions

Once a product leaves our facility, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us at info@neondeck.ca within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos and your order number
- We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, images, and graphics, are the property of Neon Deck or its content suppliers and are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. User-Submitted Designs

If you submit a custom design, image, or logo for production:
- You confirm that you own or have the right to use the submitted content
- You grant Neon Deck a non-exclusive right to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order

We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Neon Deck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of business, profits, or data
- Personal injury caused by misuse or faulty installation
- Electrical damage due to unauthorized tampering

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
