What's the average weight of an LED Neon sign?

Depending on size and backing, most signs weigh between 1.5 to 8 kg. We’ll include the weight in your order details.

Can you connect an LED neon to a switch?

Yes! Our signs can be wired to a wall switch by a licensed electrician, or used with the included plug-in dimmer and remote.

What's the power consumption of an LED Neon sign?

Our signs consume very low power, typically between 60–120 watts, depending on the size. That’s around 6–10 times less than traditional neon.

What's the cord length?

All signs come with a standard 1.5–2 meter (5–6.5 ft) transparent power cord, plus an adapter. Longer cords are available on request.

What colors are available?

We offer a wide range of vibrant LED neon colors, including: White, Warm White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Ice Blue, Pink, and Purple. RGB/multi-color options are also available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

What's the status of my order?

You’ll receive email updates on order progress. You can also contact us directly with your order number for real-time updates.

Can I apply a discount code?

What should I do if my product is damaged upon delivery?

Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or refund as per our damage policy.

How do I install a Neon Deck sign?

Each sign comes with pre-drilled holes, wall-mount kit, or optional hanging chains. Installation takes minutes — no special skills required.

Does the Neon Deck sign work on mains power?

Yes, all signs plug into a standard wall outlet (110V–240V) and come with a Canadian-certified adapter.

How do I clean my LED neon signs?

Gently wipe with a microfiber cloth. Do not use water or cleaning sprays directly on the sign.

What precautions should I take when installing?

- Avoid moisture unless it’s outdoor-rated
- Keep wires and adapter away from heat
- Don’t bend or force the tubing

Do I need any special tools to install my LED neon?

Just a drill and screwdriver. For rental spaces, we offer no-drill adhesive or hanging options upon request.

What if I don’t want to or can’t drill into my wall?

We provide command strips, hanging chains, or freestanding options for no-drill installations.

Returns & Warranty

What's the delivery timeframe again?

Standard delivery is 8–14 business days from order to arrival, depending on customization and location.

How can I return a product?

Custom signs are non-returnable unless defective or damaged. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What about the warranty?

All signs come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and LED issues (under normal indoor use).

How do I claim the warranty?
